Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and service-oriented professional to join our team as a Leasing Office Assistant. In this role, you will play a critical part in creating a positive, seamless experience for tenants while supporting daily property operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as the face of the property by managing all incoming communication, including phone calls, emails, mail, and in-person inquiries, delivering a welcoming and professional experience
• Coordinate and administer leasing contract renewals, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a smooth process for tenants
• Oversee and track the work order system, ensuring maintenance requests are handled promptly and to a high standard .
• Collaborate with the Property Manager and leadership team on special projects and additional responsibilities as needed.

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Strongorganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a passion for creating positive experiences
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite with hands-on experience in CRM systems
