We're recruiting on behalf of our client, Allstate Fire Texas, a family-owned fire protection company serving commercial customers in MO, KS, TX and OK.

What you'll do

Sell, inspect, service, and repair pre-engineered suppression systems across a steady route of commercial customers:

• Kitchen hood suppression systems, paint booth systems, and comparable pre-engineered units
• Portable fire extinguishers
• Emergency and exit lighting

You'll work out of ServiceTrade on an iPad. Time, service records, and deficiencies get documented on-site and sent to the customer before you leave. No end-of-day paperwork pile, and no waiting a week to get a repair approved. You spot the deficiency, you show the customer, you fix it the same day.

Your repair and upgrade work is rewarded. Performance bonuses are tied to it, and we train you on new product lines specifically so you have more to offer your accounts.

You'll manage your own route and your own day. We'll set you up and back you up, and we won't hover.

What you'll bring

Required:

• 2+ years servicing pre-engineered suppression systems and/or portable extinguishers
• Licensed in OK for Portables and Pre-Engineered Kitchen
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets our insurance requirements
• Comfort with an iPad and digital work orders. We'll train you on ServiceTrade.
• Ability to read and follow technical and product manuals
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and tools up to 50 lbs. A physical ability test is part of our hiring process, and we'll tell you exactly what it involves before you take it.
• Flexibility to adjust hours when a customer needs you

Helps, but we'll train you on it:

• Broader fire equipment service background
• Paint booth or specialty suppression experience
• Sales or account management experience
