This role leads discovery and requirements-gathering efforts, translating complex business challenges into actionable solutions while balancing operational, regulatory, and customer considerations. Working across business and technology teams, the analyst drives alignment and ensures client and stakeholder needs are accurately represented throughout the project lifecycle. The role also supports solution validation, process improvement, change readiness, and continuous enhancement efforts to deliver scalable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead analysis activities, including creating detailed requirements, documentation, business impact assessments, and future-state solution designs. Build strong partnerships across business, operations, technology, and compliance teams to facilitate collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and effective decision-making. Support solution delivery through requirements testing, business acceptance validation, implementation readiness, and post-deployment support. Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive successful outcomes for clients.
