Since opening our agency in 2012, we've built a team-oriented environment where people are encouraged to grow, succeed, and enjoy coming to work each day. With more than 16 years in the insurance industry, I understand the value of investing in the right people and creating opportunities for long-term career development. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children, traveling, golfing, playing tennis, hosting a podcast, and staying involved in the local community. I believe in building strong relationships both inside and outside the office. I'm looking for someone who is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow. As an Account Associate for Tyler Rutledge - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
