About the Role
The Company is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be a strategic finance partner, responsible for the company's budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and various reporting processes. This role requires a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position within the banking or financial services industry, with a strong background in financial accounting, regulatory reporting, and a thorough understanding of bank treasury, asset/liability management, and investment portfolio analytics. The role also involves supporting executive decision-making, leading special projects, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial reporting. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA, CPA, or CFA designation highly preferred. The role demands advanced analytical and modeling skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience with tools such as Python for data analysis and process automation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in process improvement, be adept at communicating complex financial information, and have a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities also include supporting CECL-related analytics, and participating in the development and enhancement of reporting tools and models. The position is on-site and requires a commitment to the company's values of regional well-being and community support.
