Marketing Manager – Construction | $55,000–$75,000 annually | Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Have you worked in the construction or flooring industry? Do you have a strong digital marketing background and know how to make the different elements of digital marketing work together?

The role

Cornerstone Flooring Companies is seeking a Marketing Manager – Construction to lead marketing activity across our Commercial, Multifamily, and Residential divisions.

This role is ideal for a strong marketing generalist with hands-on experience across the digital mix. You will combine digital marketing, content, brand management, campaign planning, lead generation, and sales support to help strengthen our market presence and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop B2B marketing campaigns that support sales and lead generation.

• Manage website, social media, email marketing, and other digital channels.

• Create content, sales collateral, presentations, project features, and campaigns.

• Maintain consistent brand standards across the company.

• Develop marketing plans for Commercial, Multifamily, and Residential audiences.

• Manage marketing calendars, workflows, vendors, and outside partners.

• Track marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve results.

• Create and maintain marketing Standard Operating Procedures.

• Manage branded merchandise and the internal apparel store.

The person

• Creative, organized, and self-motivated, with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.

• Strong communicator with broad B2B, digital marketing, brand, content, campaign, and lead generation experience.

• Comfortable taking ownership of projects from idea through completion.

• 3+ years of relevant marketing experience; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.

• Experience in commercial construction, architecture & design, building materials, commercial interiors, multifamily, real estate development, or residential design.
