Area Manager – Parking Operations Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually, commensurate with experience, plus incentive bonus potential. Ideal Experience Responsible for multiple locations across assigned portfolio with oversight of shuttle fleet management, self‑parking, and valet services; leads teams. Progressive management experience with multi‑team front‑line employee oversight. Experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in business helpful but not required. Skills and Abilities 3‑5 years of proven leadership in hospitality and/or parking industries. Outstanding operational and financial acumen, with ability to coach leaders. Excellent conversational and written communication skills to build lasting relationships. Challenge‑seeker, ready to “charge the hill” to lead team to new heights. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Computer proficiency – revenue control equipment, payroll systems, Microsoft Office suite. Responsibilities Provide exemplary leadership and development to teams. Support supervisors and managers handling customer service and day‑to‑day operations. Develop and maintain client relationships; attend client meetings. Review management reports and client statements for consolidated financial results. Analyze performance metrics, forecasts, and KPIs; work with senior managers and corporate to maximize performance. Prepare annual budgets with regional teams and corporate to ensure proper revenue generation, staffing, and operating expense plans. Perform other tasks assigned by company management.
