In this environment, you will be the go-to expert for both power and controls, ensuring equipment reliability and safe operations.What Your Day Looks LikeInstall, maintain, and repair electrical systems across machinery and industrial equipment on the plant floor.Troubleshoot and diagnose controls and power issues involving PLCs, VFDs, motors, control circuits, and automated machinery.Execute preventive maintenance plans to reduce downtime and sustain efficient plant performance.Read and apply blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams to complete accurate repairs and installations.Work confidently with 480V three‑phase power, wiring, and conduit while following strict safety standards.Assist with installation, startup, and commissioning of new machinery and production equipment.What You BringHigh school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred.3–5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing setting.Hands-on troubleshooting experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, control circuits, and automated equipment.Deep knowledge of industrial electrical systems, including 480V three‑phase power.Strong ability to interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.Solid understanding of electrical codes, safety regulations, and preventive maintenance practices.Role DetailsShift: 1st SHIFTSchedule: Full TimePay: $30–$35/hrLocation: Greencaste, IN #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
