What Youll Do
Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks.
Process review and maintain accurate financial records.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconcile invoices statements and other financial documents.
Enter financial data into dealership accounting systems.
Help maintain organized files and supporting documentation.
Assist the accounting team with additional duties as needed.
What Were Looking For
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Basic accounting bookkeeping or administrative experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.
Dependable self-motivated and able to work independently.
