- Deliver whole-person healthcare for patients ranging from infants to the elderly, ensuring continuity of care.
- Address chronic conditions, preventive measures, immediate health issues, and emotional well-being with a patient-centric focus.
- Perform thorough physical evaluations, analyze diagnostic results, and design tailored care strategies.
- Work hand-in-hand with care coordinators, specialty providers, and mental health experts to foster comprehensive treatment.
- Engage in quality enhancement projects that uplift patient care and operational efficiency.
- Leverage electronic medical records (EMR) for meticulous patient documentation and coordination.
- Provide care through in-person visits and virtual consultations to meet diverse patient needs.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a Family Medicine residency recognized by the relevant accrediting bodies.
- Board Certification in Family Medicine.
- Possession of an active medical license in Washington state, or eligibility to obtain one.
- BLS and ACLS certifications are advantageous.
- Solid diagnostic acumen and clinical expertise, prioritizing preventive healthcare.
