Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Birmingham, MI, for a Marketing Director at Kathy Broock & Company. The Marketing Director is responsible for overseeing marketing strategy and execution while maintaining the company’s luxury brand image across all platforms. Daily responsibilities include managing company websites, developing and publishing engaging social media content, creating high-end marketing materials for listings, coordinating print and radio advertising campaigns, and designing branded promotional assets. The role also involves overseeing partnerships with 97.1 The Ticket and WWJ Newsradio 950, coordinating with photographers, designers, and media partners, and ensuring consistent branding and messaging throughout all marketing initiatives and special projects.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong background in marketing, communications, branding, and digital media
• Experience managing websites and updating online content, preferably within a luxury brand or real estate environment
• Proficiency in social media marketing across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, including content creation and audience engagement
• Graphic design experience with the ability to create polished marketing materials, brochures, flyers, and promotional assets
• Strong understanding of luxury branding, visual presentation, and consistent brand messaging
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience coordinating advertising campaigns across print, digital, and radio platforms
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Experience working with vendors, photographers, designers, media partners, and outside marketing teams
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for design, aesthetics, and marketing trends
• Self-motivated, proactive, and highly detail-oriented
• Real estate marketing experience preferred but not required
• Proficiency in design and marketing platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, social media scheduling tools, and website management platforms preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
