Modular Manufacturing Electrician — Healthcare Units

Pay range may differ based on experience

A day in this role

You start your shift at 6:00 a.m. in a clean, climate-controlled facility. One address, every day—no bouncing from site to site, no rain delays. You’ll move between modular healthcare units on the line, installing circuits, bending conduit, pulling ACS and HCF cable, and bringing each unit to life. By early afternoon, you’re testing systems against code and documenting results. Overtime to 4:30 p.m. (and some Saturdays) is available when production ramps. Continuous production means steady work, steady teammates, and steady growth.

What you’ll do

• Install wiring and electrical systems in medical modular units, including outlets, switches, panels, and lighting.
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics to plan and execute work.
• Use measurement tools to locate, align, and verify component placement.
• Test systems and components for function and safety; document and correct deficiencies.
• Troubleshoot issues, isolate faults, and complete timely repairs.
• Meet NEC and company standards; maintain a neat, code-compliant install.
• Organize tools, care for equipment, and keep a clean, safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Collaborate with teammates to hit daily and weekly production goals.
• Apply experience with conduit plus ACS & HCF cable routing and termination.
• Tackle other related tasks as assigned to support the line.

What you bring

• Hands-on electrical experience; background in electrical engineering or related fields a plus.
• Journeyman-level capability preferred.
• Proficiency with conduit work, ACS and HCF cables, 3-way switching, and troubleshooting.
• Solid knowledge of electrical systems, wiring methods, and jobsite safety.
• Ability to read schematics/prints and use measurement tools accurately.
• Familiarity with electrical codes and standards.
• Comfort with hand and power tools.
• Capacity to lift 50–75 lbs and sustain physical tasks over a shift.
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to follow directions, adhere to safety, and work both independently and with a team.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with overtime available up to 4:30 p.m. and some Saturdays.
