Key Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble fresh food and smoothies following café standards
Measure and weigh ingredients accurately for food prep
Operate the point-of-sale system to take customer orders and handle cash
Maintain clean and stocked kitchen, dining, and restroom areas
Deliver exceptional hospitality to every customer
Support team by completing additional tasks as assigned by leadership

Physical Requirements

Continuous standing and walking throughout shifts
Bending, lifting, and carrying items up to 30 pounds
Face-to-face interactions with customers and crew members
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications & Schedule

Must be over 18 years old with reliable transportation
High school diploma or equivalent required
Available to work nights, weekends, holidays,
Ability to multitask and provide outstanding customer service
