Maintenance Technician Requirements:
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, or semiconductor environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and repair documentation.
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs and maintenance software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility and warehouse equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs to minimize downtime.
- Maintain conveyors, material handling equipment, and facility systems.
- Complete maintenance work orders, inspections, and repair documentation.
- Support building maintenance, safety compliance, and continuous equipment improvements.
