We are actively hiring compassionate, dependable caregivers to support our growing client base in the northern Idaho area. This role is critical to delivering high-quality, person-centered care that enables clients to live safely and comfortably at home.

Position Overview:

• Build meaningful connections through conversation and companionship
• Provide hands-on personal care with respect and compassion 
• Support safe movement, mobility, and simple exercises 
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment 
• Prepare nourishing meals and encourage hydration 
• Offer medication reminders and observe changes in condition 
• Assist with errands, appointments, and staying engaged in the community 

What makes a great fit?

• A caring, dependable person with reliable transportation who shows up and follows through 
• Experience as a caregiver, preferably with seniors—but we will train the right heart 
• Ability to lift up to 50-lbs and follow safety protocols 
• Strong communication skills and respect for client dignity 
• Detail-oriented—you notice the little things that make a big difference
