Pay is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour based on experience, certifications, and availability, with performance-based increases. We offer full-time and part-time in-home care positions with day, evening, and weekend shifts. You tell us your availability - we match you with clients near you. Mileage reimbursement is provided when applicable. In this role, you'll work one-on-one with clients in their homes following an individualized plan of care - providing personal care, supporting safe mobility and transfers, assisting with meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and offering the steady companionship that keeps people living safely at home. No experience required - we train and support you from day one.
