Responsibilities Create visual assets for a wide range of design projects across print, packaging, digital Collaborate with designers, writers, producers, and internal stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality assets (e.g., new cafe menu, online assets, or packaging for new products and coffees) Take on projects of all sizes, from small day-to-day design updates to support cafes Work in a fast-paced setting with content updates in established designs and assist the Senior Designer and Art Director from concept to final touches Execute sustainable, on-budget designs You are Excited to work with typography Empathetic, considering guest experience while honoring brand standards A professional who is serious about work but approachable Aspiring for simplicity, restraint, and elegance in design Receptive to feedback and able to incorporate it into the design process Collaborative, thrives in a participatory team environment Delightful to work with, bringing a sense of humor and a can-do attitude Comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot direction and priorities Skilled at managing multiple projects of varying complexity You have 2+ years working as a graphic designer (in-house or agency) Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in a design discipline (graphic, UI/UX) or related field Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop and other design software An expert eye for color and typography Deep love for great coffee, food, and guest experiences #J-18808-Ljbffr TradeJobsWorkforce
