Job Summary
Our client is seeking an HR Generalist to provide day-to-day HR support in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This is a great opportunity for an early-career HR professional who thrives on variety and quick turnarounds.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR generalist support to the organization.
- Support employees and managers in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and new hire paperwork.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR files.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of HR experience.
- HR experience in hospitality or restaurants preferred; retail HR backgrounds also considered.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work on-site 5 days a week.
