Senior Mechanical Estimator

Snapshot / Role Overview:
We're hiring a Senior Mechanical Estimator in Phoenix, AZ to lead detailed takeoffs and cost estimates for large-scale commercial HVAC and plumbing projects.
- Drive accurate, competitive bids on complex mechanical scopes
- Help win high-profile projects across healthcare, education, tech, and more
- Provide clear, timely estimates that support operations and profitability
- Be a trusted resource for preconstruction and project teams Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed mechanical estimates using takeoff software (FastPipe, FastDuct, Trimble, AutoBid, etc.)
- Review plans, specs, and site conditions for scope and risk
- Estimate HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems for large commercial projects ($5M-$50M range)
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and field leaders during preconstruction
- Maintain estimating logs and budgets
- Participate in bid reviews, value engineering, and handoffs Compensation and Logistics:
