This is a permanent position, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of delivering top-quality products. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of inventory control and materials handling to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of inventory. This role requires a thorough understanding of inventory management systems, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of FDA regulations and receiving processes. Responsibilities Oversee and manage inventory control operations, including receiving, warehousing, and distribution. Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and integrity of the inventory. Supervise the receiving of materials, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and company policies. Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconciliations, and prepare inventory reports for management. Analyze and forecast inventory levels, and implement strategies to minimize stock discrepancies and excess inventory. Train, supervise, and evaluate performance of inventory control staff. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and coordination of inventory control processes. Implement and enforce safety rules and regulations in accordance with company policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory control, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Thorough knowledge of FDA regulations related to inventory control and receiving processes. Strong understanding of inventory management systems and procedures. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
