Your expertise will be vital in performing installations, ensuring code compliance, managing crews of 4-6 workers, and maintaining safety standards. This role demands a hands-on leader with a strong customer focus who can confidently run jobsites and coordinate projects, occasionally traveling locally to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform commercial electrical installations following NEC and local codes
• Manage and lead a crew of 4-6 electricians on job sites
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations
• Coordinate project schedules and communicate with clients effectively
• Conduct electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Oversee adherence to local Dallas electrical regulations
• Utilize project management software to track progress and resources

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of electrical work experience
• Active Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) license
• In-depth knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Proficient in electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Proven leadership experience managing crews
• Strong commitment to safety standards compliance
• Excellent customer communication skills
• Effective time management abilities
• Understanding of local Dallas electrical regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed Texas Journeyman Electrician or experienced apprentice in good standing
• Experience running a crew and managing jobsite operations
