As a Group Fitness Trainer at F45 Training Folsom, you will deliver high-energy, team-based workouts that inspire, motivate, and support members of all fitness levels. You will coach proper exercise technique, provide modifications and progressions, create an exceptional member experience, and help build a positive, inclusive community. Trainers are expected to bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and a passion for fitness while ensuring every class is safe, engaging, and results-driven. You will also assist with member retention, studio events, cleanliness, and representing the F45 brand both inside and outside the studio.
