Quality Lab Technician (Manufacturing)

Laboratory TechnicianSets up, adjust, and operate laboratory equipment and instrumentation such as automated titrators, gas chromatograph, spectrophotometer, centrifuge, agitators, chemical balance, pH meters, and other equipmentTest raw material, in-process, and final products for conformity to specifications per standard proceduresAccurately record and maintain test results for all required analyses in written or database formatsCalibrate laboratory instruments and maintain quality system recordsWrite test reports describing procedures and results as neededClean, maintain and troubleshoot analytical and laboratory equipment as neededCollect samples from the production processMaintain lab suppliesPrepare, package, and ship laboratory samplesPerform routine/non-routine housekeeping jobs as required to keep area clean and safePrepare standards and reagents when neededPrepare Shipping Packages when neededPrepare labels for Totes and Drums when neededChange out pressurized gas cylinders as needed for GC and other Lab analysisNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
