Solution Train Engineer

Location: Atlanta, GA (Peachtree St)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Train Engineer with extensive experience in telecom projects to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading software testing initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high quality solutions that meet our clients' needs. This position requires a strong understanding of the SAFe framework and the ability to lead cross functional teams effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate the Agile Release Train (ART) processes, ensuring alignment with SAFe principles.
• Coordinate and manage software testing activities across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery of high quality products.
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define and prioritize testing requirements.
• Implement and maintain testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices to enhance product quality.
• Monitor and report on testing progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members on Agile methodologies and testing practices.
• Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives within the testing process and overall project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all testing activities.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience as a Solution Train Engineer or similar role in a telecom environment.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Leading SAFe.
• Expertise in software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of telecom industry standards and regulations.
• Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in software testing and project management, with a focus on telecom projects.
• Proven track record of leading successful Agile teams and delivering high quality software solutions.
