OCEAN EXPORT SPECIALIST Are you organized, detail-driven, and ready to keep international shipments moving? We're looking for a dependable Ocean Export Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment. What You'll Do:
- Track & trace Ocean Export files and provide timely reporting
- Use the Ocean Export Workflow Monitor daily
- Manage approximately 70 shipments per desk/month
- Review and prioritize incoming booking requests
- Coordinate workload and capacity with the team and supervisor
- Ensure shipping documents and notices are completed on time
- Complete DSO and invoicing within 5 days of COB
- Maintain accurate client and vendor billing
- Minimize canceled invoices and unresolved Draft Payables
- Communicate with customers, overseas partners, and Ocean carriers
- Meet customer SOP requirements and KPIs
- Maintain compliance with internal, external, and government regulations
