In this role, you’ll work alongside environmental engineers and scientists, using your skills and passion to solve environmental challenges and help shape a cleaner, greener future.

What You'll Do:

• Fieldwork: Conduct environmental monitoring, collect and document soil and groundwater samples, and perform site inspections.
• Equipment Management: Operate and maintain field equipment, ensuring tools and vehicles are in top condition.
• Site Maintenance: Keep jobsites clean and presentable, safely load and transport waste, and adhere to QA/QC procedures.
• Compliance: Follow all federal, state, and local environmental guidelines and regulations.
• Communication: Professionally interact with clients and document all activities for accurate reporting.
• Travel: Visit remote and diverse job sites, working outdoors in various weather conditions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education & Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a related field or equivalent hands-on training.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, analytical thinking, and teamwork.
• Attributes: Self-starter, problem-solver, and team player with a strong work ethic.
• Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle record.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug test.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting (minimum 50 lbs.) and work outdoors year-round.
  • Availability to travel as needed.
