About the Opportunity A large, mission-driven higher education institution is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple strategic initiatives across academic and administrative departments. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation through execution and completion. Develop project plans, timelines, roadmaps, and milestones that align with organizational priorities. Create and maintain clear project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, status reports, risk logs, and executive updates. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. Facilitate meetings, establish accountability, and proactively remove obstacles that may impact delivery. Translate complex initiatives into actionable workstreams with measurable outcomes. Prepare polished presentations and materials for executive leadership. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, consulting, operations, or a related field. Demonstrated success managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. Strong experience creating project roadmaps, timelines, governance documentation, and executive-level reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across teams.
