Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately identify their mental health needs and tailor effective treatment plans accordingly. \n

- Collaboratively set therapeutic goals with clients and consistently track their progress throughout the course of treatment. \n

- Maintain meticulous documentation of sessions and client interactions in adherence to ethical guidelines and best practices in mental health. \n

In this position, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Through both individual and group therapy sessions, you will assist clients in navigating their personal journeys, fostering resilience and recovery. Qualifications\n- \n
- Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). \n
- A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is mandatory. \n

- Competitive annual salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 100,000, contingent on experience and credentials. \n
