Client Accounting Services (CAS) Manager
Area : Lincolnshire, IL (On-Site)
Shift : 1st Shift
Job Summary :
Lead post-close accounting engagements following mergers and acquisitions
Prepare opening balance sheet adjustments and purchase accounting schedules in accordance with U.S. GAAP
Manage Purchase Price Accounting (PPA) processes and Net Working Capital (NWC) true-ups
Provide technical accounting guidance on revenue recognition (ASC 606), lease accounting, inventory accounting, and equity transactions
Lead accounting software implementations and data migration projects across platforms such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, and Xero
Evaluate accounting workflows and design reporting structures, procedures, and internal controls
Serve as primary client contact, building relationships and providing strategic accounting support
Review staff work and mentor junior team members across multiple client engagements
