Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure as required for school-based practice
• Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and documentation
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and administrators
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to a diverse student population according to IEP goals
• Evaluate students using formal and informal assessment tools to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain comprehensive progress notes
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Provide support and resources to teachers and caregivers to facilitate students’ educational progress
• Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations pertaining to speech-language services
