You will oversee complex implementations, platform integrations, and multi-faceted projects from planning through successful delivery. Working with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders, you will ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards. The position combines project leadership, client relationship management, and operational execution within a dynamic professional services environment. You will play a key role in driving customer success by managing resources, mitigating risks, and delivering impactful learning solutions. Accountabilities:

• Manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria while collaborating with internal teams and customer stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource alignment strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver project outcomes and ensure all tasks and dependencies are effectively managed.
• Oversee platform implementations, integrations, and professional services engagements to support successful customer adoption.
• Monitor project progress, track deliverables, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain quality and business priorities.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedules, and costs using structured project management practices.
• Communicate project status, updates, challenges, and outcomes clearly to customers, internal teams, and leadership.
• Establish strong client relationships by providing proactive guidance, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Support portfolio-level project oversight by reviewing performance, results, and continuous improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of project management experience, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a Master's degree.
• Proven experience managing projects as a billable consultant in customer-facing environments.
• Experience managing technology implementations, including Platform as a Service (PaaS) solutions.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, resource planning, risk management, and delivery processes.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Experience working with virtual teams across multiple locations and time zones.
• Strong proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Teams, and similar platforms.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and business applications.
• Excellent communication, organization, time management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong relationship-building abilities with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Content Management Systems (LCMS), learning technology integrations, or organizational learning initiatives is preferred.
• Knowledge of talent transformation, learning and development, or change management concepts is a plus.
