Maintenance Technician

Canvas Valley Forge is a luxury active adult community (55+) in King of Prussia, PA where exceptional service and quality living are at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep our community safe, beautiful, and running smoothly while providing outstanding service to our residents. Responsibilities Complete maintenance work orders promptly and professionally. Perform routine preventative maintenance and property inspections. Prepare apartment homes for new residents, including painting, drywall repairs, and general maintenance. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and other building systems. Respond to maintenance emergencies and participate in the rotating on-call schedule. Assist with seasonal property maintenance, including snow removal. Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance supply inventory. Deliver friendly, professional service to residents, vendors, and team members. Follow all company safety policies and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in residential, commercial, or multifamily properties. Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Basic computer skills for completing digital work orders.
