As a Specialist, Customer Service , you will be responsible for supporting our National Accounts customers, Independent Sales & Service Representatives, and Authorized Distributors while demonstrating a strong understanding of procedures and judgment in complex scenarios.


What You'll Do:

• Handle escalations beyond the Associate level, including issues of a sensitive nature or high-impact for customers.
• Capably manage non-standard customer issues or high-sensitivity customer issues.
• Manage issues using defined escalation paths and approve exceptions within established guidelines, applying discretion.
• Apply advanced judgment to assess ambiguous or non-routine issues, identify root causes, and determine appropriate resolutions.
• Resolve highly complex tickets through advanced analysis and cross-functional coordination.
• Manage complex, multi variable order entry with minimal guidance.
• Identify patterns and trends to provide actionable insights to inform decisions.
• Support team members through troubleshooting and guidance on complex or non-standard cases.
• Additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 3+ years experience in customer service required, including experience handling complex or non-standard customer issues.

• Excellent organizational skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.

• Advanced judgment and problem-solving ability when handling sensitive or high-impact customer situations.

• Must have good interpersonal skills when interacting with high-profile National Account customers.

• A detail-oriented professional who takes initiative in proposing solutions to challenges.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to identify patterns and recurring issues.
• Experience working in a ticketing, order management, or ERP system required; IFS Assyst experience is a plus.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams)
