Fulfillment Associate

Location: Plano, TX | Onsite
Pay: $17/hour
Shift/Schedule: Choice of 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Work Type: Full-time
Duration: Ongoing (contract-to-hire, no fixed end date)

Responsibilities

• Sort and verify incoming items against order and payment details
• Enter item and order data into tracking systems and print shipping labels
• Prepare and reseal merchandise following established procedures
• Inspect processed items for quality and accuracy before shipment
• Package, label, and route completed orders to the correct shipping carrier

Qualifications

Required:

• No previous experience required - paid training provided
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling and verifying items

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing environment
• Comfortable with computer-based data entry systems
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline - driven environment
