Job Full Description

Construction Laborer

Key Responsibilities

Assist skilled tradespeople and construction crews with daily job-site activities.
Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipment.
Prepare and clean construction sites before, during, and after projects.
Operate basic hand and power tools as directed.
Assist with demolition, excavation, framing, concrete work, and general construction tasks.
Measure, cut, and handle materials as instructed.
Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and job-site requirements.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and orderly condition.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Perform other general labor duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous construction or general labor experience preferred.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Must be willing to learn new skills and take direction.
