Subcontractor Tile Flooring Installation Crew

Seeking Experienced Tile Flooring Installation Professionals

We are looking for skilled and dependable Subcontractor Tile Flooring Installation Crews who take pride in quality craftsmanship and enjoy the flexibility of operating their own business.

As a subcontractor partner, you'll receive a steady stream of tile installation projects while maintaining control over your crew and day-to-day operations. We handle project scheduling and customer coordination, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

Manage and supervise your installation crew
Complete assigned tile flooring projects on time and to company standards
Ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Install various tile products, including ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and specialty tile materials
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements

Proven experience installing tile flooring
Ability to successfully pass a background check
Valid Workers’ Compensation Insurance (as needed)
Valid General Liability Insurance (or able to obtain)
Reliable transportation (truck or van preferred)
Own professional tile installation tools and equipment
Ability to manage and coordinate installation crews
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
