# Customer Service AssociateApply: Foxborough, MA: Part time: Posted Today: End Date: June 4, 2027 (30+ days left to apply): R269208**Position summary:**Performs various Customer Service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, providing information and direction to customers.**Position responsibilities:**1) Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers2) Greet all customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner3) Handle customer's merchandise returns; complete refund / exchange paperwork4) Sort returns by category and return to proper area5) Sell appropriate Hunting and Fishing Licenses6) Handle and administer all incentive and reward programs7) Remains product knowledgeable8) Aware of advertised sales9) Keeps work area clean, neat and well stocked with supplies10) Follows all Company Policies and Procedures**Education and/or Experience**High School education or equivalent experience**Mathematical Skills / Reasoning Ability**Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers**Communication Skills**Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates**Physical requirements**Able to lift up to 50 poundsAble to stand for extended periods**Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register systemStarting Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.75**Part Time Benefits Summary:** Enjoy discounts on retail merchandise, our restaurants, world-class resorts and conservation attractions!* Dental* Vision* Voluntary benefits* 401k Retirement Savings* Paid holidays* Paid vacation* Bass Pro Cares Fund* And more!**We will be accepting applications on an ongoing basis.**
