Warehouse

• Supervise inbound, outbound, and warehouse receiving operations
• Oversee purchasing, receiving, shipping, and material handling of warehouse
• Maintain inventory levels for daily material needs; ensure accuracy of transactions; maintain and document information utilizing reporting to forecast warehouse status
• Manage owned tool inventory, including check-in/check-out, repairs, etc.
• Ensure warehouse is clean and orderly; maintain standards of health, safety, and security
• Solve day-to-day warehouse inquiries

Facilities

Inspect and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems

• Manage facility upgrades, maintenance, & monitoring: wall patches; painting; monthly and annual equipment inspections
• Oversee management and inventory of facility keys
• Monitor facilities maintenance, including daily facility walkthroughs
• Manage supplier facility maintenance (A/C, lawn, janitorial, fencing/gate, alarm system, etc.)
• Manage office moves, janitorial duties and other office-related tasks, such as requests for services (furniture maintenance/repair, light fixtures/bulb replacement, alarm system, ceiling tiles, basic plumbing, etc.)
• Manage warehouse, purchasing, and facility staff with a team-based approach to decision making
• Develop, research, document, and implement warehouse training procedures and processes

General

• Regularly communicate and provide summary reporting to the Branch Manager
• Provide project support to Operations team on as needed basis
• Additional duties as assigned
