Our organization is on the lookout for outpatient OBGYN Physicians to become part of our expanding team, which is dedicated to enhancing women's health services in Central and Southern Delaware.

With approximately 2,800 deliveries each year (1,800 in Kent and 1,000 in Sussex) and a growing population, this position offers a chance to engage in a high-volume, well-supported setting, allowing you the flexibility to mold your role according to your professional aspirations.

Outpatient OBGYN Highlights

  • Mainly an outpatient practice with around three hospital coverage shifts each month.

  • Deliveries can be performed at either the Kent Campus (Dover) or the Sussex Campus (Milford).

  • Modern clinic facilities include:

    • Dover: recently renovated, located just minutes from the hospital.

    • Milford: clinic situated on or next to the campus for a smooth workflow.

  • Ability to customize your practice based on your clinical interests.
