Job DescriptionJob Description Location: West Palm Beach, FL Job Type: Full-Time Industry: Multifamily / Apartment Communities Position Summary We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our apartment community team in West Palm Beach, FL . The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of direct apartment maintenance experience , strong HVAC knowledge, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. HVAC experience is required , and bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are preferred. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Complete service requests efficiently and professionally Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, and electrical issues Assist with apartment make-readies and unit turnovers Perform preventive maintenance throughout the property Conduct inspections of buildings, amenities, and common areas Repair drywall, paint interiors and exteriors, and perform basic carpentry tasks Maintain community grounds and ensure curb-appeal standards are met Assist with pool maintenance and inspections when needed Respond to emergency maintenance calls and participate in the on-call rotation Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and OSHA guidelines Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members Qualifications Minimum 2 years of apartment maintenance experience HVAC certification and hands-on troubleshooting experience EPA Certification Pool Certification Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and carpentry Experience working in Class A, B, or C multifamily communities Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in Florida weather conditions Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Jobline ZR
