Behavioral Aide

Behavior Technician Job Posting Pay: $25-$27 per hour Schedule: Full-time or Part-time Location: California ?? Position Overview We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to support children and adolescents with autism and other developmental needs. This role involves implementing behavior intervention plans, teaching skill-building programs, and providing direct 1:1 support in homes, schools, or community settings. ?? Key Responsibilities Direct client support - Provide 1:1 behavioral intervention using ABA strategies Skill development - Teach communication, social, daily living, and play skills Behavior plan implementation - Follow individualized treatment plans created by supervisors Data collection - Record accurate session notes and behavior data Parent collaboration - Support families with strategies and progress updates Safety & professionalism - Maintain a safe environment and follow all clinical guidelines ?? Required Qualifications Experience working with children (school, daycare, ABA, tutoring, etc.) Strong communication, patience, and empathy Ability to follow structured programs and take direction Reliable transportation and punctuality Comfortable working with special needs populations ?
