Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Critical Care Advanced Practice Provider, you will join our collegial healthcare team in Seattle at Virginia Mason Medical Center. In a multi‑disciplinary clinic led by three plastic surgeons, you will work with a team of 3 reconstructive surgeons and 2 experienced PAs. The practice focuses 80% on reconstructive and 20% on cosmetic procedures, covering breast reconstruction, microsurgery, body contouring, melanoma care, hand surgery, cancer reconstruction, and a variety of cosmetic procedures. Every day you will provide compassionate and expert care by conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well‑being of patients and their families. To succeed, you will be a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with expertise in diagnosing and managing complex diseases and strong communication abilities. You should have a deep commitment to patient‑centered care and thrive in a collegial and supportive environment. Job Requirements Required Qualifications Graduate from a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program Licensed in the state of Washington as a P.A. or ARNP by the time of employment Board certified by the time of employment DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association and CPR certification Preferred Qualifications Minimum of one year work experience as an advanced practice provider in any surgical specialty Location Work in Seattle, WA at Virginia Mason Medical Center, serving the Seattle, Bellevue, and Federal Way communities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Franciscan Medical Group
