Thinking on your feet, adaptation, and flexibility is key.Provide superior customer service to create amazing experiences which often exceed guest expectations.Salesmanship of drink and menu items. Knowledge of standard menu and updating items according to customer requests. Ensuring recipe standards are met and fulfilling order requirements correctly.Utilizing tools and equipment available.Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members and management.Assist in stocking, organizing product, condiments, and ice machine.Notifying manager of potential inventory needs.Maintain health and food safety standards. Ensure that the bar is properly cleaned and sanitized.QualificationsAvailable for a flexible schedule and weekends.Hospitality experience and 1+ years as a BartenderProficiency in computer programs. Programs used at Cowboy Jacks include Focus, Margin Edge, Chow Now, Eat Street, and 7 ShiftsMust have 1+ years' experience as a BartenderWisconsin Responsible Beverage Server Course and Bartender LicenseExcellent customer service skills and verbal communication
