The Nanny Joynt is thrilled to partner with a warm, professional family seeking a highly capable Estate Manager / Family Assistant to help maintain the flow, structure, and daily operations of their active household while also supporting their four boys as needed. This is a premium hybrid role ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in dynamic homes and enjoys both household leadership and meaningful family support. About the Family Children: 18-year-old Senior (male) 14-year-old Freshman (male) 13-year-old 8th Grader (male) 8-year-old 3rd Grader (male) All four boys are active, respectful, and involved in sports and activities. Since the children are in school for much of the day, the majority of this role centers on estate management and household support, with childcare responsibilities increasing after school, in the evenings, during travel periods, school breaks, and activity‑heavy seasons. Household: Busy professional household Structured, organized family environment Parents value professionalism, initiative, flexibility, and discretion Family travels regularly, though traveling with the family is not required Occasional overnight childcare support may be needed during family travel Home includes a German Shepherd and horses This is a household where professionalism, efficiency, communication, and trust are deeply valued. Position Details Schedule: Hours will rotate based on household and activity needs, including: 8:00am–4:00pm 9:00am–5:00pm 12:00pm–8:00pm Flexibility with scheduling is extremely important for this role. Additional Schedule Notes: Seasonal evening shifts will be required during sports seasons, particularly the spring track season Monthly childcare coverage during parent travel may be needed Guaranteed full‑time hours provided Start Date: August 2026 Interviews beginning ASAP Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate: $30–$35/hour DOE Benefits: Guaranteed Hours, W2 Position, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Time, Paid Holidays Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance after 90 days Family vehicle provided for transporting children and running household errands What You’ll Be Doing This role is heavily focused on estate management, household operations, and family support, while also stepping into childcare responsibilities as needed.
