Retail Branch & Transfer Manager

Job : Retail Branch & Transfer Manager Salary : £28,200 per year (OTE £35,220) Bonus : Fantastic monthly bonus and annual bonus based on company performance Hours : You will work 42.5 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern of 5 days on 2 days off. Don’t worry if you don’t know anything about cars, we will teach you everything you need to know and so much more. Responsibilities Buy cars and ensure the efficient running of the branches. You are the main point of contact for our customers. Contact customers and prioritise diary to achieve appointments and meet targets. Do appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service. Liaise with the back office and work colleagues. Assist the transport department as required when not buying cars. Requirements Current full UK manual driving license. Experience working in a target-driven environment. Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner. Ability to work well under pressure and independently. Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
