Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,407 per week

TriOptus is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Rome, New York.

Requirements: Active New York State RN license, BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Certification are required. Minimum 2 years of current MS/Telemetry experience is required, although candidates with strong cardiac experience, including Cardizem drips and telemetry strip interpretation, may be considered with less experience. Travel nursing experience is preferred. Must be willing to float to Med-Surg and Step Down, with every other weekend and holiday coverage required. Strong IV skills, confidence managing cardiac drips, interpreting EKG/telemetry strips, and experience with all types of wound care are required. Nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5. Candidate must complete an additional 8 hours of CEUs as part of facility orientation. Flu vaccination or declination is accepted; those declining the flu vaccine must wear a mask.
