Estimating Civil Engineer IV — Highway & Bridge Cost Expert
Illinois Comptroller
The Illinois Department of Transportation is seeking an Estimating Engineer to prepare preliminary and final cost estimates for District 6 highway and bridge projects. You will analyze unit price requests, provide cost factors to design teams, and help secure federal funding for projects.
