We are growing fast, so there’s plenty of room for growth and learning! We are looking for Service Team Member: Liner, Order Taker, Cashier for our Buford location. Job Summary: As a Service Team Member, you are responsible for delivering food and providing a premium experience to our guests. You will greet and assist guests with questions and suggestions while taking food orders and ensuring guests are satisfied. You will prepare orders, bag, wrap, label, date, and store food items while following gusto! food preparation standards. The Team Member must be respectful and professional and highly adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Greet, welcome, and take the order from the guest Order/ticket prioritization Station cleanlinessand sanitation Menu knowledge Guest interaction Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients Display professionalism Adhere to uniform and personal hygiene standards including wearing non-slip shoes Point-of-sale system knowledge Sense of urgency Third-party delivery system knowledgeand operation Occasionally drive catering orders (reimbursed for mileage) Be comfortable standing for the entire shift and occasionally lifting items no heavier than 53lbs Qualifications & Experience: Food service experience is preferred but not necessary Able to work well in a team environment Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy Ability to multitask Available to work all shifts including opening/closing, weekends, and holidays as needed Desire for continuous learning and professional development Must have reliable means of transportation #J-18808-Ljbffr GUSTO Tucker LLC
