Work Environment\nThis position allows for a remote work setting, providing flexibility to meet the needs of both our clients and our team members. As part of a virtual team, you'll engage in regular video conferences, collaborative planning sessions, and case discussions while utilizing secure electronic health record systems to document client progress and treatment plans efficiently.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health issues, identifying both their strengths and challenges to provide tailored support. \n
- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions, customizing interventions that resonate with clients’ cultural backgrounds and personal experiences. \n
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing to foster client engagement and progress. \n
- Formulate and monitor treatment plans that encompass realistic goals, actionable interventions, and regular progress evaluations. \n
- Collaborate with a diverse multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and nurses, to create integrated treatment strategies and coordinated care pathways. \n
- Provide crisis intervention services, conducting thorough risk assessments and developing safety plans to support clients in distress. \n
- Advocate for clients’ rights and connect them with essential community resources to enhance their support networks. \n
- Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness about mental health and reducing stigma, ensuring that more individuals have access to necessary services. \n
In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing substance use disorders, mental health crises, and various psychosocial challenges. Qualifications\n- \n
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required. \n
- Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory. \n
