The Senior Consultant – Rillet will play a key role in delivering Rillet implementations to high-growth and mid-market clients while helping scale Armanino’s Rillet service offering. This role is ideal for someone excited to join a growing, rapidly evolving practice and help shape how services are delivered.Job ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and document client business processes, accounting workflows, and system requirements to support Rillet implementationsRapidly develop deep expertise in the Rillet platform, implementation approach, and emerging use cases through hands-on delivery, self-directed learning, and collaboration with team membersConfigure and deploy the Rillet platform in alignment with client requirements and best practicesLead and support end-to-end Rillet implementations, including design, configuration, testing, and go-liveDevelop and execute test scripts and support client user acceptance testing (UAT)Train client finance and accounting teams on Rillet functionality, workflows, and reportingAssist clients with data migrations, historical data validation, and reconciliation activitiesDesign recommendations for improved financial processes utilizing Rillet’s AI-native capabilities and automationConfigure native and third-party integrations (e.g., Stripe, Ramp, Salesforce, payroll, billing, etc.)Develop dashboards, reports, and financial insights using Rillet’s reporting and analytics toolsWork closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to coordinate project execution and client successProvide regular written and verbal project status updates to clients and internal stakeholdersManage project timelines, scope, and budget to ensure successful deliveryTake ownership of assigned client engagements or workstreams, following tasks through from start to finish with minimal oversightDrive project progress and proactively identify issues, risks, or inefficiencies and propose solutions, escalating risks when necessaryServe as a trusted advisor to clients during and after implementationProvide post-implementation support and guidance as neededPlay an active role in building, refining, and scaling the internal Rillet delivery model, including methodologies, templates, documentation, and best practices, as the practice growsOperate effectively in a dynamic, evolving practice, helping define processes and standardsRequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience working with accounting systems, ERP platforms, or financial technology solutionsExperience implementing cloud-based accounting and finance systems (ERP or close-adjacent platforms)Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial processes (close, reporting, consolidation, controls)Intellectual curiosity and a strong desire to continuously grow technical, accounting, and consulting skillsDemonstrated ability to lead client-facing implementation engagementsStrong project management and client leadership skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreamsExperience with system configuration, integrations, and user trainingStrong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented approachExcellent written and verbal communication and presentation skillsAbility to collaborate across internal teams and work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environmentMotivated self-starter with the ability to ramp quickly in new environments, work independently, and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDemonstrated ability to learn by doing while maintaining high-quality client deliveryBachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in accounting, finance, business, or information systemsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Rillet, AI-native ERP platforms, or modern close automation toolsBackground in high-growth, venture-backed, or multi-entity environmentsPrior consulting or professional services experienceExperience working with startup or technology-focused clients"Armanino" is the brand name under which Armanino LLP and Armanino Advisory LLC, independently owned entities, provide professional services in an alternative practice structure in accordance with law, regulations, and professional standards. Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. For Colorado residents, the compensation range for this position: $102,500 - $139,700. For Washington residents, Illinois residents, New York residents, and Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $112,800 - $153,700. For Northern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $117,900 - $160,600. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
